Graduation

Spring means graduation for so many people! 5th grade graduation, middle school, high school, college and lets not leave out master degrees. It is a very fun time where we celebrate scholars everywhere including the little ones moving up to kindergarten. I love to capture the expressions of graduates but especially college grads.  They are full of pride, gratitude, and they have so much to look forward to as they walk down the aisle into their future.

Chef for Kids' Cancer

Cookies for Kids' Cancer 5th Annual Chef for Kids' Cancer Gala Benefit was an amazing event featuring many great chefs cooking dinner for guests with an art auction, live auction and performance by Ed Robertson lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter of the band Barenaked Ladies at Metropolitan West. Ava Rose's Bat Mitzvah at the Edison Ballroom

This February 3, 2018 was Ava Roses's Bat Mitzvah celebration at the Edison Ballroom.  There were so many fabulous moments of this spectacular occasion. This was especially special to me because 17 years ago I photographed Ava Roses's parents --Vanessa and Eric's marriage to one another! Vanessa and Eric haven't changed a bit. They are still the wildly, fun, artsy and eccentric couple who know how to dance and party likes its 1999!! Here are some of my favorites from that night!

Change for Kids

For the past two years My friend has invited me as a guest to a fundraiser event for an organization she is passionate about called: Change for Kids.www.changeforkids.org/ Change for Kids commits and invests in New York City underserved elementary public schools to bridge the gap for children to continue to be successful throughout their school years and into the future. This year, I decided to donate a family photo package to the silent auction as a way to contribute and give back to this organization as I believe all children have the right from the very start to have the very best education possible.

Thank you to the Simpson Family for believing in Change for Kids and winning my family photo session. I enjoyed capturing your three wonderful children in photographs!
